This box contains 1/2 pound wedges of our classics: Young Gouda, Mildly Aged Gouda, Aged Gouda, Old Gouda, plus a rotating selection of 2 flavored gouda 1/2lbs, all ready for shipping directly to you, or gifted to friends and family nationwide. No substitutions :)

Cheese is sent on Mondays & Tuesdays - orders placed after that time will be shipped the following week to guarantee the most delicious delivery to you!  Orders must be placed by December 15th to guarantee arrival by Christmas week. *If you are purchasing gelato for shipping as well, orders must be placed separately.
