This beef comes from 100% Angus steers raised at Van Bedaf Dairy. It was processed at one of our local butcher shops, Barton Meats in Carrington. We only took out Filet Mignon and Ribeyes as steaks, so this ground beef contains all the other awesome cuts of steaks and roasts.
