If you follow us on social media, you may have seen the exciting news that we have added another sweet boy to our family! We joyfully welcomed Jonah in mid-January and have been embracing life as a family of five for a month now. Time truly goes so quickly! Life with three boys is sure to bring the rough and tough balanced by precious moments of innocence and sweetness.
Now that we've settled into our new routine, the Creamery Cafe has had a few open days! These open cafe days are truly a joy to us, filled with the warmth of seeing familiar faces while savoring lattes by the fireplace and introducing Jonah into the Cows & Co. community.
While I've been cherishing my time with Jonah and enjoying the occasional latte, the Cows & Co team has been busy in the processing room making your favorite Cows & Co. products, fulfilling orders and preparing for our Valentine's reservation dinner. This dinner sold out in record time! We truly appreciate your enthusiasm and wish we could host everyone who was eager to join us. We plan to host more reservation dinners in the near future, so keep an eye out for updates.
Our thoughtful Cows & Co. team delighted Casey and I with a romantic table for two at the Valentine's dinner! We are truly grateful for this sweet surprise. They have gone above and beyond, giving me the chance to cherish these precious, yet fleeting newborn moments with Jonah. I feel so fortunate that we have such a devoted and caring team at Cows & Co.
During one of our Cafe open days in January, this Pimento Cheese Tosti was on our menu. Tosti is the Dutch name for a grilled cheese. Plus, it is way more fun to say "Tosti" than just calling it a grilled cheese :) We pair our house-made pimento cheese dip with our fan favorite Young Gouda on sourdough bread. The sandwich is then grilled to melty perfection. The perfect meal for these winter days. This is also the perfect, easy meal for a busy mom of a newborn, toddler and four year old. Enjoy!
