Pannenkoeken (Dutch Pancakes)
Ingredients 2 cups Cows & Co A2A2 milk 1 1/4 cups flour 2 eggs pinch of salt butter, for cooking
Instructions Mix the milk, flour, eggs and salt together to form the batter. The batter will be thinner than traditional pancake batter.
Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Heat a 10 inch pan over medium heat. Add butter to pan to coat. Pour 1/2 to 2/3 cup batter into the pan and swirl the batter around to make a thin pancake. Cook until the pancake looks dry on top (approximately 2 minutes). Flip and cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes more. Repeat with the remaining butter and batter.
Serve pancakes hot with your favorite toppings. We love to roll them up, dust with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
